Get Some Local Flavor with Gites in France
My boyfriend and I were thinking of going to Paris last summer. Paris is a beautiful city, but both of us had been there before so we wanted to do something a little different. We really wanted to get a good look at the French countryside, or the places that tourists don’t go. So what did we do? We rented a home.
I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to rent Gites in France, or holiday homes. There was no one bothering us with noise at night, and we got to have the ultimate in privacy. It was really like a home away from home, and it allowed us to really experience life in Paris with the locals that live there year round. It was a richer experience for both of us and now we are looking to spend time in other parts of France, renting a gite every time. I would recommend it to anyone.
